Please click on start arrow to view video of truck moving north on S. Duncan Ave, then east on Eleventh Street and turning north at the stop sign entering S. Hill Avenue. The speed limit on the three roads is 25 miles per hour. A sign facing south warns motorists to slow to 10 mph for the curving intersection and there is a stop sign on 11th for traffic entering S Hill. At cameraman was standing at the entry to the Hill Place development site.
